OK, I confess, I’ve been experimenting with raw milkshakes every day for several months, and guess what? My aches and pains are gone, I feel more energy, my skin spots have vanished, I sleep better. If you have not yet tasted the flavor of raw milk, you’re in for a treat! Smooth, creamy, sweet, life-sustaining, deeply nutritious, and satisfying. It’s delicious and subtly different from pasteurized milk. Studies show that raw milk is nutritionally far superior to pasteurized milk in protein, vitamins, and essential enzymes. These milkshake recipes contain even more superfoods to add flavor and healthy nutrition, such as flax oil, bee pollen, and beet. Hint: If you don’t have access to raw milk, no worries – you can make these with any kind of milk under the sun. (Just remember that pasteurized cow’s milk contains chemicals in the cow’s diet, and due to high-heat of pasteurization is mostly indigestible.) - 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1 tablespoon flax oil
- 1 teaspoon bee pollen
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

- handful blueberries

- 1 teaspoon dry lavender leaves, or 1 tablespoon if fresh (food grade)

11. Raspberry Red Velvet Cacao Milkshake
Uh Oh! This one is my favorite – rich cacao with tangy berries and anti-cancer beet. Don’t spill this luscious mélange on your clothes – it will stain them bright red!
- 12 oz. raw milk
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 4 thin slices red beet
- 1 tablespoon goji berries
- 1 dropper of Elderberry extract (or 1/2 cup Elderberries if you can find them)
- 1 tablespoon flax oil
- 1 teaspoon bee pollen
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

12. Cacao Banana Mocha Milkshake
Pure unadulterated comfort food here. Rich cacao, sweet banana, creamy avocado, and high-protein hempseed – So yummy I think I died and went to heaven.

- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon organic decaffeinated coffee powder
- 1 tablespoon hempseeds
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
