Raw Superfood Milkshakes in 14 Flavors

OK, I confess, I’ve been doing raw milkshakes every day for several months, and guess what? My aches and pains are gone, I feel more energy, my skin spots have vanished, I sleep better. If you’ve never tasted the flavor of raw milk, you’re in for a treat! Smooth, creamy, sweet, life-giving, deeply nutritious, and satisfying – subtly different from pasteurized milk.Studies show that raw milk is far superior to pasteurized milk in protein, vitamin, and enzyme content. These shakes contain many other superfoods to add flavor and nutritional content, such as flax oil, bee pollen, and beet. I used Just Like Sugar Table Top chicory root sweetener that works as a prebiotic and doesn’t spike blood sugar.  Hint: If you don’t have raw milk, no worries – you can make these with any alternative milk. (I do not recommend pasteurized milk.) Anyway, here are my top favorite 14 milkshake recipes! I hope you enjoy them as much as I have!

  • 1 tablespoon flax oil
  • 1 vanilla bean scraped, or 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon bee pollen
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 inch ginger root, diced
  • pinch cloves
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener to taste such as Just Like Sugar Table Top natural chicory root sweetener, or 1/2 teaspoon PureLo Lo Han Sweetener by Swanson, or 2 teaspoons raw honey, or your favorite sweetener.

High-antioxidant with gentle clean flavor. Matcha green tea powder gives it a a stimulating punch.

  • 12 oz. raw milk
  • 1 teaspoon macha green tea powder
  • 1 tablespoon flax oil
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen
  • 1 dropper Mint flavored ChlorOxygen
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon chlorella or spirulina
  • handful spinach
  • handful mint leaves

  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 4 thin slices red beet
  • 1 tablespoon goji berries
  • 1 dropper of Elderberry extract (or 1/2 cup Elderberries if you can find them)
  • 1 tablespoon flax oil
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener to taste such as Just Like Sugar Table Top natural chicory root sweetener, or 1 teaspoon PureLo Lo Han Sweetener by Swanson, or 1 1/3 teaspoons raw honey, or your favorite sweetener.

Pure unadulterated comfort food here. Rich cacao, sweet banana, creamy avocado, and high-protein hempseed – So yummy I think I died and went to heaven. 

  • 12 oz. raw milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon organic decaffeinated coffee powder
  • 1 tablespoon hempseeds
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 tablespoon flax oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened sun butter or almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tablespoon sweetener to taste such as Just Like Sugar Table Top natural chicory root sweetener, or 1 teaspoon PureLo Lo Han Sweetener by Swanson, or 1 1/3 teaspoons raw honey, or your favorite sweetener.
