Before we start, place the tip of your tongue against the upper teeth, and relax it there. This connects the important vertical meridians of the body, which will really boost your health.
The 12 Points:
- KD-1, Kidney 1 or Gushing Spring on the bottom of the foot. This is the foundation of your Ancestral DNA, called Jing, your deepest energy resources.
- BL-1, Bladder 1 or Jingming, the inner corner of the eyes. This is good for the eyes, the brain, the pineal and endocrine system. It regulates blood sugar levels, protective Wei Qi, and your perception the world around you.
- SP-21, Spleen 21, Dabao, just in front of the arms a hand-width down from the underarm on the sides of the ribs. It is usually tender, and exacerbated by bra under-wires. It balances left-right sides of the body and brain, helps stabilize blood sugar levels, PMS symptoms, and reconnects our ability to receive unconditional love.
- SP-6, Spleen 6, where Three Meridians intersect on the inside of the lower leg, one hand-width up from the ankle bone. This point balances the whole body and many issues, including all emotions, digestion, and stuckness.
- LI-4, Large Intestine 4, on the back of the hand in the web between index and thumb. This increases the flow of Qi through all meridians, especially the Large Intestine meridian, to release headaches, neck-aches, toothaches, constipation, grief, and stubborn fundamentalism.
- LU-1, Lung 1, Cross your arms and press your middle finger about 1-inch below your collarbone. This point dissolves grief, and opens the body to spirit, to restore a secure connection to God and Nature.
- HT-1, Heart 1, Supreme Spring, in the front underarm just under the shoulder joint, near the ribs. Look for a sore point. This point touches the supreme controller, your inner power that already knows the energy inside is the same as that outside us. So this point is about connecting to your deepest source. It dissolves the pain of betrayal, heartache, and loneliness.
- GB20, Gallbladder 20, under the occipital ridge on the back of the head in the depression under the occiput bone. This is good if you get cold, have nasal congestion, headache. It’s especially for stress from too much mental focus, sensory input, or staring at a cell phone. Hold your head gently with both hands and massage.
- SI4, Small Intestine 4, on the outer edge of the palm, on the heel of the hand where the dark palm and lighter colors meet. This is for digestion and healthy micro-biome, overeating. It promotes mental clarity and eradicates brain fog.
- ST36, Stomach 36, is one hand-width under the knee, on the outside of lower leg diagonally. This point is for EVERYTHING. It improves endurance, digestion, insomnia, depression, emotions, overthinking, and PMS.
- LV3, Liver 3, or Tai Chong, on the upper side of the foot a little hole at the top of the 1st and 2nd tendons. This amazingly versatile point, dissolves stagnation, anger, insomnia, diabetes. It calms constipation and even sexual issues. It helps to ground for the body to connect to the Earth.
- Perineum, or Hui Yin. It is actually the MOST important point in the body, the origin of the Male-Female vertical meridians. The perineum point is on a lateral band of muscles between the sex and the anus on both sexes. Don’t be shy, Massage it in the shower or bath every day until it releases.
