The Total Liver Cleanse: 6 Steps to Harmony

The liver is one of the largest organs in the body and the second in command after the heart. If the heart is the Supreme Ruler who makes the decisions, the Liver is the Prime Minister who executes all the plans. Your liver has the all-important job of detoxing and filtering your blood to remove toxins and pathogens, to balance the organs and keep you alive. Asking if you should detox your liver is like asking: “How long are you planning to live?”

We live in an environment where we are constantly exposed to toxins, microbes, and negative energies. So, to keep your liver clean requires something more than a periodic cleanse. Detox is a lifetime orientation that you can do every day. This is an important decision requiring a bit of planning and dedication.

Discard any toxic home cleaning supplies, cosmetics, and body products. Remove toxic furniture, fabrics, toys, and plastics. Quit smoking and stop alcohol. Eat real food, mostly organic vegetables. Drink plenty of purified water, exercise, and get plenty of sunlight.

FATTY LIVER affects 30% of Americans,

  • In the U.S., an estimated 30% of adults have nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), the most common chronic liver disease. Globally, 25% have it. 
  • In people with obesity, up to 90% have NAFLD, as do up to 75% of those who are overweight and 50% of people with diabetes.
  • Even 10% of U.S. children are suffering from NAFLD..
  • The high rates of NAFLD are likely related to the increased intake of toxic industrially processed seed oils and environmental pollutants like glyphosate and PFAS.
  • Lifestyle factors such as diet and exercise play important roles in exacerbating, as well as reducing, risk of developing NAFLD

The high rates of NAFLD are most likely related to the increased intake of toxic industrially processed seed oils, often referred to as “vegetable oils.” Examples of seed oils high in omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) include soybean, cottonseed, sunflower, rapeseed (canola), corn and safflower.13

Eating seed oils high in the omega-6 PUFA linoleic acid (LA) contributes to low-grade inflammation, oxidative stress, endothelial dysfunction and atherosclerosis.14 As researchers noted in the journal Nutrients, “In addition, a few studies suggested that omega-6 PUFA is related to chronic inflammatory diseases such as obesity, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and cardiovascular disease.”1

Seed Oils a Major Culprit

Eat Traditional Oils LOWEST in Linoleic acid. Best oils are Grass-fed Butter, Ghee, Coconut, Avocado, Mustard, Artisan Olive oil, Palm oil, and Lard. These are the oils of our great grandmothers, and in their time, illnesses like diabetes, liver cancer, and heart disease were rare.

AVOID Refined Vegetable Oils HIGH in Linoleic Acid: Avoid Corn, Soy, Refined, Canola, Margarine, Safflower, Grapeseed, Sunflower, Commercial Olive oil, Sesame, Rice Bran, and Peanut Oil.

In order to avoid LA, we need to avoid eating processed foods, fast foods and most restaurant foods and focus on real food instead. Fatty liver can also be driven by excess sugar when, you are consuming more than 35% of your calories as fat, especially seed oils.

Choline’s Role in NAFLD

Choline, an essential nutrient, is also important for normal liver function and liver health, yet most American’s a sadly deficient in choline.

4. COFFEE ENEMA

Do a coffee enema once a week for anti-aging glutathione.

Let me explain. This therapy is really easy, effective, inexpensive, and you can do it at home. It consists of using an enema container with tube to insert lukewarm organic coffee into your anus and large intestine. Coffee enemas are a super detoxifier! The process increases your anti-inflammatory capacity by 600 times. 5. CLEAR PARASITES:

Parasites often found in the liver include single-celled protozoa, roundworms (nematodes), tapeworms (cestodes), biofilm (nano-bacteria), and the common liver fluke (fasciola hepatica).
