There are many types of rice available, and its confusing to know which is healthiest.

Which Type of Rice is Best for Health and Avoiding Diabetes?

(1) WHITE RICE is very high glycemic, converts to sugar immediately. POOR, 

(2) BROWN RICE high glycemic, converts to sugar almost immediately. POOR, 

(3) DARK RED RICE is low glycemic, high fiber, high protein. BEST!  

(4) BLACK RICE  has most protein and fiber, low glycemic. BEST!   

Stay away from instant processed rice, which will not help your health.
