What is Paleo? Jane defines it as a loose template that can be fashioned to individual needs. “Paleo is the original diet and lifestyle inspired by our ancient ancestors, which includes fresh unprocessed food, and authentic movement to promote health and balance in the body, mind and spirit”. Jane’s daily life is a paragon of this lifestyle. She insists that living well and healing is not limited to healthy food choices– it is also about reconnecting with the deeper self, so that every element is re-adjusted and re-aligned. To Jane, wellness means to be on your own path, feel complete, in harmony and at peace with yourself. In this state of inner balance, you can be truly resilient to the flux of life.

In Jane’s words, “A fad diet is one that is short-lived. Healthy eating isn’t a fad. It will never go out of style.” With this position, Jane designed Jane’s Healthy Kitchen, an online guide to living a better, more fulfilling life. Jane integrates her education and experience in business, healing, sensual flavors, cuisine, and nutrition to offer life tips, and healthy recipes that challenge the SAD Standard American Diet and offer solutions to clean-eaters of many alternative diets (i.e. gluten-free, anti-inflammatory, celiac, diabetic, GMO-free, Weight-loss, low-carb, candida, vegetarian, meat-eaters, SCD, and GAPS diets).
A gluten-free, Paleo chef, health practitioner, and author of Paleo Desserts and Good Morning Paleo, Jane has an extensive background in the health sector. Topping this off with an impressive list of credentials – including a Masters in Business Finance, BS in Music and Language, certification as an Intuitive Energy Medicine Practitioner, 3rd level Reiki Master, Inventor of her unique Dietary Reset Method, MogaDao Sacred Sexuality Instructor, and MogaDao Qigong Guide – Jane Barthelemy is not only well-versed in her field, she is wholly in tune with herself and her purpose in life. However, this purpose was not always clear.
At the age of 30, Jane became ill from adrenal exhaustion, allergies, digestive problems and the deep emotional turmoil that comes with physical maladies. Devastating as it was, it was a turning point in her life; a period that would facilitate her enlightening journey into health and wellness. After re-evaluating her diet, she decided to give up gluten, sugar, and coffee – hallmarks of a Paleo diet. Soon after, she noticed a remarkable improvement in her physical and emotional health. This experience combined with her desire to help others with similar struggles, was the impetus Jane needed to create the blog Jane’s Healthy Kitchen. Her blog has made information about alternative lifestyles, healthy living, and motivational and experiential videos, accessible to people with similar needs that are unsure how to change their lives. By encouraging people to participate in this web community, and offering pertinent knowledge and advice, Jane’s website serves as a clear path to self-discovery.
It is these life experiences – being shaken up by life’s ordeals yet landing exactly where she was meant to be – that inspired her philosophy and make her one of today’s most genuine spiritual and nutritional healers.
