Frequency Balancing: 6-Steps to Raise your Vibration and be at Ease

This is a 15-minute practice to raise your vibration, reset your nervous system, and be at ease in in the middle of what seems to be total chaos. We live in a wild world of continually shifting energies. Living in the midst of the storm, every day feels different, because it IS DIFFERENT. Many of the new frequencies you will meet are beneficial. And some are not.


What if your only job is just to tune into your inner self each day, and walk your personal path as it spontaneously unfolds? When we’re balanced, life somehow requires less effort. We feel “centered”. In that state our thoughts and actions naturally ripple through the collective planting seeds of harmony. When we’re unbalanced, we’re in the hands of the storm, and just staying afloat is stressful. Our emotions are ragged, confused, and that ANXIETY subtly infuses everything we touch. It all depends on your state of mind.

Awakening from sleep is a key.
Those few minutes as you transition from sleeping to waking are an opportunity for you to center and reprogram YOURSELF while your subconscious is still soft and open. How is this possible? In a few minutes you can reset your body consciousness to the positive, toward what you truly want. This simple tool will raise your vibration and reduce stress, so you can breathe and naturally adapt to rapidly changing realities.

The more you use your mental, emotional, spiritual abilities, the stronger the SOUL becomes.
Stress and challenge can somehow serve you as your friend, not an enemy. You’re effectively smarter, more grounded, resilient, connected to source, and protected.

Do not underestimate the subtle power of these simple reprogramming tools. And the benefits are cumulative each time you do them.

I’ll guide you through each step. Shall we begin?

Rest both feet on the floor or sitting on the floor. Place the tip of your tongue gently behind your upper teeth, and let it rest there, to connect your meridians.

1. Step One, Brain Balancing

To synchronize left and right sides and reset the nervous system. Take a deep breath in – and out. As you breathe normally, place one hand low on the back of your head by your neck like this, so it touches both sides. With the other hand, spread the fingers and tap three to six times gently on the head (both sides), the heart, and the belly. The three tapping points are the head, heart, and belly from Chinese medicine.

Now move the hand on your head one hand-width up the back of your head, and with the other hand tap three to six times on the head, heart, and belly. Move your hand again one hand-width up the back of your head and tap on the head, heart, and belly so you’re creating a gentle wave around your cranium from back to front.

Move your hand one more hand-width around your head and tap head, heart, and belly. When your brain hemispheres are balanced, left and right sides of the body can synchronize. Move another hand-width around your head and tap head, heart, and belly. When the brain cortices are integrated all your body systems line up in health.

Move one last hand-width around your head almost over your eyes and tap head, heart, and belly. When your nervous system is balanced, it lowers stress, calms the mind, and reduces the effects of EMF’s.

Good. The last step is to place both hands gently on the sides of the head. It should feel very calming. Tap with either hand on head, heart, belly. This helps line up all the meridians, so we can respond intelligently in any situation. Now replace that hand to the side of your head. Then tap with the other hand head, heart, belly. Finish with both hands on the sides of the head. That’s it!

Brain balancing can be a bit confusing the first time you do it. So, let’s just review that one more time.

2. Step 2 is Alternate Nostril Breathing

To calm the mind, oxygenate, and detox the blood. Sit Comfortably. Take a deep breath in and out.

With your right hand, fold the index and middle two fingers down. This leaves your thumb and 4th finger to gently close off the alternate nostrils.

  • Take a full inhale and place your thumb over your right nostril. Exhale slowly 8 counts 2,3,4,5,6,7,8. Now inhale 8 seconds 2,3,4,5,6,7,8.
  • Now gently close off your other nostril with your fourth finger. Exhale , 2,3,4,5,6,7,8. then inhale 2,3,4,5,6,7,8.
    Change to thumb and exhale 2,3,4,5,6,7,8. then inhale 2,3,4,5,6,7,8
  • Now use your fourth finger. Exhale 2,3,4,5,6,7,8. Then inhale 2,3,4,5,6,7,8
  • Now close off with your thumb. Exhale 2,3,4,5,6,7,8. then inhale 2,3,4,5,6,7,8
  • One more time: Use your fourth finger. Exhale 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 then inhale slowly 2,3,4,5,6,7,8

Good job! You can continue for 3-5 minutes, or until you feel a shift into calmness and clarity. This is very relaxing for me and makes my vision clearer. What do YOU feel?

3. Step Three Release Stress and Negativity.

This is a great way to let go of negative energies and old habits. These days there’s a LOT of STUFF for us to release. Let your arms hang down by your sides with your palms a few inches away from your body. Take a breath in and out Ask to release stress and negative tension.

As you do this you might feel heavy stuff coming out your arms down to your hands. Ask to let go of all stress, negativity, limiting beliefs, self-defeating thoughts, and bad habits. Just let them pour out now and shake them off the tips of your fingers.  Let’s keep releasing…

Your intention really helps to let go of not only emotions from TODAY but also old, accumulated patterns of grief, anger, or fear. Just let them go. You might also feel stuff coming out of your pelvic floor or your feet. Just ask to let go of all stress and negativity.

Use this exercise to let go of any agitation or worry. It’s a skill you can practice anytime, and you’ll get better at it. Releasing your own stress helps to release the tensions of the whole world. Do this as long as you feel it working. Then shake your hands to release the garbage. Let the tensions drain away, down into the earth. This is a powerful way to purify thoughts and raise your vibration.

4. Step Four: Loving Kindness Meditation.

This is an ancient practice to purify your intentions and love yourself. As you say these four phrases, feel them sincerely in your heart. These are childishly simple as we reprogram the child part of the subconscious.

First, say four phrases for yourself. Then repeat them for someone close to you, like a partner or family member. Then we repeat them for a “neutral person”, someone you don’t know very well. Then say the phrases for a challenging person or group, that you might call an enemy. Lastly, say the words for all beings everywhere. Your only goal is to feel a soft melting heart filled with self-love, kindness, and expansive good wishes for all.

I invite you to say these words with me now:
First is to love myself:

  • May I be free from hostility,
  • May I be free from affliction,
  • May I be free from distress,
  • May I live happily.

For a special person very close to you that you love:

  • May they be free from hostility,
  • May they be free from affliction,
  • May they be free from distress,
  • May they live happily.

For someone neutral that you don’t know very well.

  • May they be free from hostility,
  • May they be free from affliction,
  • May they be free from distress,
  • May they live happily.

For a challenging person, group, or an enemy.

  • May they be free from hostility,
  • May they be free from affliction,
  • May they be free from distress,
  • May they live happily.

Lastly, for ALL LIVING beings in the world.

  • May they be free from hostility,
  • May they be free from affliction,
  • May they be free from distress,
  • May they live happily.

That is the Loving Kindness Meditation, which aligns you to positive heartfelt intentions for all.

5. Step Five is a Bubble of protection around you.

When you are the master of your energy field, you CAN create a powerful sphere of protection around you, so that negative forces cannot enter it. This is a very important skill. With your strong intention and visualization, you ARE protected from any negativity, like physical attack, toxins, mind control, energy vampires, EMFs, and other negative forces. You create a beautiful protective bubble of light which blocks negative forces physical, mental, or psychic so they can’t even enter your space. Let’s do it together.

Take a deep breath in – and out. Visualize a huge ball of bright white light radiating outward from your central core inside. It can be any size you make it – 3 feet in radius, 3 meters, eighteen feet, whatever you want. Visualize your perfect sphere filled with oceans of white light, surrounded by golden flames all around you. This is your own personal energy field. Make it so anything can be released outward from inside the sphere, and so that true nourishment can come into it. BUT any un-serving or harmful energy is deflected, reflected, ricocheted out AWAY from you and cannot harm you. Make an intention that this protection will be there all day, or until you place it again. BELIEVE and INTEND THIS BEAUTIFUL SPHERE OF PROTECTION NOW SURROUNDS YOU. With your strong intent, you WILL BE protected from negative forces.

6. Step Six is to Say Sacred Words

These words will reinforce this beautiful field you’ve created around you. Allow these sounds to resonate deeply inside you and invite their positive frequencies to come in. For those of you who are Christian or Jewish, we will say the powerful words of the 23rd Psalm.

If you have an indigenous prayer for protection, use it. Unfortunately, I don’t know a Muslim prayer. If you are Hindu or Buddhist, we will do another chant in a moment. Right now, I invite you to say the 23rd psalm with me out loud or silently and mean it with your heart. Just thinking or saying these words from your heart creates a field of protection and blessing all around you:

  • The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
  • He maketh me to lie down in green pastures:
  • he leadeth me beside the still waters.
  • He restoreth my soul:
  • he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
  • Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
  • I will fear no evil: for thou art with me;
  • Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
  • Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies:
  • Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
  • Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life:
  • And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

If you are Buddhist or Hindu, this prayer to Avalokiteshwar, also known as Chenreizig, is very powerful positive protection. To invoke Chenrezig, we chant Om Mani Peme Hung. These six words OM MA NI PE ME HUNG bring powerful protection, guidance, and blessing. Allow that light frequency to infuse you.

Say the phrase at least five times. Or you can count all the way around your 108 mala beads. Visualize the image of Chenreizig, the 4-armed god of compassion, whose protection surrounds you. Say it with me now if you wish.

Now take a deep breath in and out. Finish with a deep sense of gratitude for your life. Be thankful for someone or something you really love. Allow your heart to open wide and melt with that feeling. Thank you.
