Stop a Panic Attack Fast: Managing Transformational Stress

What’s a Panic Attack? A panic attack is an episode of paralyzing fear triggered by something small and seemingly insignificant. The average attack lasts about five to ten minutes.

A panic attack often seems to begin abruptly and may include rapid heartbeat, chest constriction, difficulty breathing, dizziness, tingling, and anxiety. However, the surging chemicals of panic in your body have been years in the making before they manifest, because their deeper emotional roots may be in a distant time and place. Our nervous-endocrine imbalances begin at an early age; and we either manage them well or we do not.

Intelligent management is a key, because chronic anxiety impacts nearly 20% of Americans. Worldwide, more than 300 million people are affected by anxiety. Panic attacks occur most often in women. They often coincide in people who suffer with depression and have addictions. Many people have everyday addictions that create endocrine ups and downs due to sugar, carbs, white flour, white rice, coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, etc. You know the drill. What do you crave?

These habitual pathways of the endocrine and nervous systems are physical patterns. Therefore every time we repeat them, we deepen the habit pattern. Even repeating the idea that we have a “condition” deepens the destructive pathway, making it more real.

Most people think of anxiety just as a mental health disorder – something in the head they want to get rid of. However, mental discomfort is not only in the brain. It is completely physical, involving every system in the body, especially the Lymph, Endocrine, Nervous system, and Blood circulating to all the cells. The solution is to get the body moving, which helps to detox and move the pattern out.

Transformational Stress Inside and All Around Us

Panic and anxiety attacks can also occur during spiritual awakening. We are all navigating natural energy changes in the body during transformation. Spiritual awakening is like asking for a total reboot on your consciousness. You can open your eyes to new levels of awareness and deeper connections. The journey of self-discovery is not just a new outfit or a new color. It’s about shaking up your whole life and many lifetimes before this. It may completely alter your sensory experience of how you see yourself and how you relate to the universe around you.

Transformation brings moments of beauty and bliss along with major emotional challenges.
It can shift our relationships and feel like the subterranean pillars of your stability are shaken loose. So, momentary panic and anxiety may happen in your personal journey. Everyone’s path is unique, because every day you step into uncharted understanding and novel awareness in a new world without a map. You are invited to question everything you thought you knew about yourself and the universe. This can be thrilling, and also quite nerve-shattering.

In the many dimensions above our little 3D world, intense preparations are being made.
Our earthly bodies are undergoing cellular shifts and chemical changes into utterly new energy frequencies. This “cleansing” may stir up lots of dust and clear cobwebs we didn’t know we had. As you begin to question the very fabric of reality and dive deep into your own soul, it’s natural for anxiety to rear its head. Suddenly, you may notice you’ve become a more sensitive person, more observant, and even tolerant of the people around you. Every thought and feeling seems bigger, like someone just turned up the volume. This may cause some stress in your endocrine-nervous systems.

Here are some tips and tricks to manage your thoughts and become the master of your own fate. If you cannot manage it yourself, the pharmaceutical industry is happy to help, however the common prescriptions are habit-forming and may exacerbate the problem.

Anxiety is an activation of your sympathetic nervous system, also known as the fight or flight response – a system that helps keep you safe from harm. The fight or flight system relies on the endocrine system, which are glands that release hormones that carry messages in the blood and lymph liquids to all cells in your body. The Vagus Nerve is key because it connects the brain to all the organs, so to release the Vagus nerve can be a huge key to deep relaxation.

Long Term Ways to Eliminate Panic Attacks Forever

  • Rule #1 is to Free yourself of addictions. The ups and downs add to endocrine imbalance: (sugar, carbs, white flour, white rice, coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, etc.)
  • Study EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and practice it so you’re ready if and when you need it.
  • Do a Detox Fast, such as a 3-day water fast to remove toxic build-up in your body.
  • Eat less food in general. Start with eating half as much food, because 70% of your body energy is spent digesting.
  • Especially avoid processed foods, as they cause even more stress.
  • Eliminate stress as much as you can. People, situations, etc.
  • Turn off the WiFi to eliminate EMF stress. Especially at night, when you need relaxing deep sleep.
  • Do a Coffee Enema every day to Detox Liver and Filter Blood until panic attacks are gone. See # 11 instructions in this article.
  • Do a parasite cleanse several times a year, as these critters do a lot of damage. They even try to dictate your food intake, and emotional ups and downs. Read this article about it.
  • Get regular massages for deep relaxation
  • Relax every muscle and bone in your body deeply at least once every day
  • Practice some kind of meditation each day to raise your frequency to the happiness pattern.

Use essential oils to calm the emotions. Add your favorite essential oil(s) to a roller bottle, then top with a carrier oil, such as coconut oil. Roll or dot the blend on your wrists, behind ears, temples, neck, collar bones and other pulse points.

  • Lavender
  • Ylang Ylang
  • Peppermint
  • Sandalwood
  • Frankincense
  • Bergamot

CONCLUSION: General Guidelines for Handling Panic Attacks

  • Don’t be afraid. You’re not going insane, and you’re not going to die. As the Buddha says, this is all temporary. You’ve done it before, you can do it again. Before you know it, it’ll be over. Your mind and body are too powerful. This is nothing.
  • Breathe. Remember to take deep breaths into the abdomen. You can do it.
  • Move. Take a walk, Jump up to the stars, Move around the house. Exercise that you enjoy keeps your mind occupied and your body working.
  • Know you are powerful. You’re a true human being and a ‘mere’ panic attack is not going to take you down. You’re made of the strongest stuff. Nothing can stop you from living your life with zest every day.
