To discover the secrets to longevity, we need to re-imagine our biology, our health. We can slow aging and heal most diseases with dietary, lifestyle, and specific longevity strategies. We can rebuild our organs, our blood vessels, and our neurons to a superior level of wellness. You can buy expensive supplements too. However research shows countless ways to “hack” the body’s age-clock and activate stem cells naturally. Science continually reveals new techniques to reverse aging, avoid inflammation, rebuild the immune system, and de-stress the body tissues for healthy long life.
What is a Stem Cell?
Stem cells are the original cells that built us in the first place. These are very young cells that are not fully developed. They are immensely powerful and can rebuild virtually any tissue the body needs. Stem cells mostly grow in the bone marrow, that spongy center in flat bones. This is their original home where they divide and make new cells.
Summary: 6 Ways to Activate Your Stem Cells Naturally
- INTERMITTENT FASTING: Eat less food. Eat an early dinner or skip dinner. This gives your body a break from digestion to activate stem cells while you sleep.
- SLEEP: Get 8-9 hours good sleep without Wifi. Especially important for children and pregnant women, as WiFi and cell radiation destroy DNA.
- MOVE YOUR BODY FOR MUSCLE CELL REGENERATION: Research shows that consistent Aerobic Movement 3 – 5 x per week can reverse aging on essential muscle stem cells involved with tissue repair.
- AVOID TOXINS: Sugar, Processed foods, High carbs, Pharmaceuticals, Vaxes, Boosters, Commercial meds, Smoking, Alcohol, Chemicals, Micro plastics, and Nano-technology.
- EAT THESE FOODS: Longevity foods include nutrient-dense fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, 100% chocolate, tea, herbs, and spices. See the specific list below.
- MEDITATE TO BRING WHITE LIGHT INTO THE BONE MARROW: Infuse your stem cells with Pranic Healing White Light. The White Light Meditation with Bone Marrow visualization uses breath and focus to optimize stem cells and DNA. The marrow is the root of stem cell body regeneration. Activate it with white light from God.
Dr. William Li and Dr. Mark Hyman
I respect these two eminent doctors in the field of stem cell optimization. I highly recommend two books by Dr. William Li and Dr. Mark Hyman.
In his book “Eat to Beat Disease” Dr. William Li shows how certain foods can help us fight disease. His lifelong work is centered on the study of the body’s five key defense systems — immunity, stem cells, gut bacteria, blood vessels and DNA protection — and research that identifies the specific compounds in certain foods that support them.
Dr. Mark Hyman shows us how to reverse aging. His new book “Young Forever” shows how the foundation for optimal health uses food as medicine. There are thousands of natural medicinal properties found in rich, colorful plants with healing properties that rejuvenate our cells and create youth from the inside out.
6 Ways to Activate Your Stem Cells Naturally
1. Intermittent Fasting, Calorie Restriction, Time Restricted Eating
Intermittent Fasting means you eat an early dinner or skip dinner. This gives your body a break from digestion to activate stem cells while you sleep.
Exciting new research suggests that Time-Restricted-Eating can help us boost immunity and longevity, when we attune our body to its natural circadian clock. Our biological rhythms are embedded in our DNA from birth, and they regulate our sleep-wake cycles through the day. If our sleep – eating patterns work against our natural inborn biorhythms, this leads to illness. When we stay up late, lose sleep, skip meals, eat too much, or eat late at night, this disrupts the natural rhythm, and we increase our risk of common diseases like diabetes, heart disease, obesity, hypertension, and cancer.
Time-Restricted-Eating means we adapt our eating schedule to a smaller window of time, to allow our body more hours to rest deeply. We can choose a schedule of WHAT TIMES to EAT, and WHAT TIMES to NOT EAT during a 24-hour day. For example, a 10-hour window for eating gives us 14 hours to heal in the remaining time of a 24-hour day. Another option is an 8-hour eating window, which gives you 16 hours to rebuild all your cells. If we use this knowledge, we can rapidly make our bodies stronger, and live healthy longer. See the options below and you can choose your favorite. For more info, See my article here.
Eat Less Food
Most of us eat too much. And when we eat excessive low-nutrient food, it causes stress on the body, which must sort through all that empty food. Most of us will be perfectly fine if we simply eat less food.
It is now a well-known fact in the science community that reducing the intake of calories by 20-40 percent can increase longevity and reduce the risk of chronic diseases. This is not starvation. Caloric restriction is a condition experienced throughout human evolution and our metabolism has learned to function extraordinarily well under these conditions. Researchers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology have determined that restricting calories activates stem cells in the intestines, which regenerate cells in the gut.
Fasting, or the complete restriction of food for a period of time, has shown similar impressive benefits. In fact, fasting has been shown to stimulate brain regeneration in mice. We can use fasting, which our ancestors often experienced due to food scarcity, to clear out old and tired cells in the intestines and immune system, replacing them with new stem-cell-derived cells.
Surprise! Fasting replaces old cells with newborn cells! In a 2018 study the research team fasted mice for 24 hours and then examined stem cells from their intestines. They discovered the regenerative capacity of these cells doubled compared to mice that did not fast.
2. Sleep 8-9 Hours Without Wifi, so Stem Cells Can Work
Sleep is a huge factor in your health. While you sleep, your stem cells get to work to repair and regrow tissues, build bone, muscle, and strengthen the immune system. Deep sleep is needed in order for your lymphatic system to wash away toxins in the tissues. Research also shows that if you do not get enough deep sleep, you age faster.
Not only do stem cells keep you youthful while you sleep, they can also regenerate damaged tissues, prompting the body to heal more quickly.
Turn WiFi off at night
Especially for children and pregnant women, no Wifi is essential, as WiFi and cell phone radiation destroys DNA. The problem with WiFi is that it tells your pineal brain center that its DAYTIME, so it does not produce melatonin that helps you sleep at night. Many people cannot fall sleep with Wifi. Or they sleep poorly and don’t know why. But when they turn off the Wifi before bed, immediately they enjoy refreshing deep sleep.
WiFi doesn’t cause diagnosable illness immediately. The damage happens slowly in the delicate neural fibers of the brain. People who are immersed in EMFs every day are at a higher risk of early onset nerve damage known as dementia.
3. Move Your Body for Cell Regeneration
Research shows that consistent aerobic movement may actually reverse aging on essential muscle stem cells. This means that Jogging, Swimming, Cycling, Aerobic Walking, Yoga, Qigong, Taichi, and Fitness can help older people recover as quickly and efficiently as their younger selves.
Researchers have known for a long time that exercise promotes healthspan, giving people extra disease-free years. However a new study suggests that aerobic exercise can actually cause old cells to behave more like — and gain the characteristics of — young cells involved with tissue regeneration.
Exercise can dramatically alter Adult Stem Cell quality and performance after exercise. In another study, older mice who exercised experienced improved muscle stem cell function and accelerated muscle tissue repair. The active, older mice didn’t produce more muscle stem cells. Instead, exercise had a “rejuvenating” effect on old cells. It triggered an age-reversal effect and helped mice operate more like their younger selves. However, these benefits disappeared one week after the mice stopped running. This suggests that the rejuvenating effect is brought about by consistent, sustained exercise.
4. Avoid Toxins
One of the best ways to activate Stem Cells is to avoid toxins that damage your health.
That means we do NOT consume these substances that damage DNA: Sugar, Processed foods, High carbs, Pharmaceuticals, vaxes, boosters, commercial meds, smoking, alcohol, chemicals, micro plastics, and nano-technology.
More and more people are waking up to the realities that our modern world, our weather, food, air, water, and medicines are not what they used to be. Avoid packaged foods. Or at least read the labels, and if it contains chemicals, don’t buy it. Artificial chemicals are not food. Food additives and even “natura flavorings” are highly questionable. Chemical foods have no place in our digestive tracks or our bodies.
Avoid Nanotechnology Used in Over 2,000 Food Items
Eat real food, not chemicals. Unnatural substances can modify your DNA to reprogram your stem cells into cancer. Chemicals in the food, water, and air can alter the epigenetic programming of your stem cells or damage stem cells. As the DNA reprogramming field becomes more advanced every year, we are learning the power of chemicals to produce DNA genetic changes in cells. However, most often these genetic changes are negative, transforming healthy stem cells into cancer cells.
5. Eat Longevity Foods
If there’s ONE magic food for optimum stem cells, it’s 100% chocolate, the highest anti-oxidant food on the planet. However healthy eating is more about intelligent choices to harmonize all body functions. Documented research shows that eating 100% chocolate once or twice a day increases the red blood circulation to the brain. And your choice of oil is important. Coconut oil is 100% natural, non genetically modified. It is low in harmful Omega-6 Linoleic Acid, and delicious.
Food and drinks that help to recruit stem cells include turmeric, which contains curcumin with its pro-regenerative properties. Red wine (one to two glasses daily) and green tea (four cups a day) increased stem cells by 43 per cent in two weeks, according to one study.
Black tea and green tea can mobilize stem cells, to help our bodies regenerate. According to Dr. William Li, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, olive oil and fish in a Mediterranean diet also help to stimulate stem cells.
Eat a wide variety of foods
The variety of foods we eat also has a beneficial impact on longevity. You could say that diet diversity is a prerequisite for longevity. There are now more than one thousand known species of gut bacteria, so a diverse microbiome is an important hallmark of health. Prebiotic foods can improve bacterial function by fueling the bacteria in our intestines while probiotic foods contain live microbial organisms. Prebiotic foods are typically made up of dietary fiber. Some of my favorite probiotic-rich foods include fermented variations such as sauerkraut, kimchi, cheese, and kefir.
Dr. Li says: It’s the mix of foods that enter your body over the years that tips the scale in your favor against disease.

6. Meditate to Bring White Light into the Bone Marrow
Infuse your stem cells with Pranic Healing White Light. This is the most powerful self-healing. The White Light Meditation with Bone Marrow visualization uses breath and focus to optimize stem cells and DNA. The marrow is the root of stem cell body regeneration. Activate it with white light from God.
The White Light Meditation help you bring light into the cells of your body. It uses breath, body focus, and multi-dimensional healing through visualizations and a chant. This stimulates stem cell function and longevity.
Breath, Grounding, and Protection are essential for daily life. This short version of the White Light Meditation shows you how to infuse healing light into three brain centers: the Amygdala emotions processing area, the Pineal Gland light sensor, and the Confluence of Sinuses near the back of the brain. It shows how to create your personal grounding column to root into Mother Earth, and to connect it up to the cosmos. It also shows how to create a bubble of calm protection around yourself, ending with gratitude. The short version can be done anytime. Here’s the link to the full version.
