Refreshing, beautiful, with intoxicating flavor! That’s how my guests described these wild berry crepes last night. Let the berries speak for themselves. This recipe is so simple, with Paleo Crepes, mixed berries and Coconut Whipped Cream. I guarantee it’s worth the effort! If you use the zero-glycemic natural sweeteners, you’ll enjoy the flavor without spiking your blood sugar.
BTW I suggest organic berries, especially strawberries, which porous skins that absorb pesticides much more than other produce. They’re one of the “dirty dozen” – a list of foods to avoid unless they’re organic. For even more amazing sweet recipes, pick up a copy of my book Paleo Desserts. This recipe makes 12 fabulicious wild berry crepes, to serve 6.
