1. Earthing is Spiritual, And it’s FREE!
The very act of connecting one’s body to the Earth and at the same time infusing it with the Sun’s energy is spiritually nourishing. 2. Are our Bodies “Out-of-Sync with the Earth?
Back in the 1950’s, the introduction of rubber soles and tennis shoes revolutionized the shoe industry. Bonding rubber to fabric or leather increased shoes’ durability and traction. However rubber disconnects the body from the earth energies, and this changed marked the mysterious beginning of a cascade of chronic ailments.
Ever since the “boom” of rubber soled shoes, inflammatory diseases such as cancer, diabetes, hypertension, arthritis and especially auto-immune diseases are on the rise.
The Schumann resonance is a frequency that our planet emits, and 7.83Hz is the natural frequency of the Earth. Some people call it “the Earth’s heartbeat,” and every living thing on the planet has evolved to depend on it. It also happens that 7.83Hz is also the dominant brainwave rhythm of humans and all other mammals.
